The Stupak-Pitts Amendment (see the actual language here) which passed in U.S. House of Representatives verison of health care reform ensures that government money will not be used to fund abortions. The Stupak Amendment clearly maintains the current status quo keeping in line with the already in-place Hyde Amendment.
