Several pro-life leaders launch “Void the Abortion Mandate” campaign, release polling results

WHAT: After working all summer to urge their members to attend town halls and hold their elected representatives accountable for using government funds to pay for abortion through healthcare, pro-life leaders of Stop the Abortion Mandate coalition will welcome Members of Congress back to DC by revealing:

• How several elected officials, including President Obama, were incorrect in telling their constituents that abortion is not included in the healthcare reform plans;
• A new nationwide campaign against government funding of abortion entitled “Void the Abortion Mandate” featuring several visuals including a large check;
• Polling results from Public Opinion Strategies regarding how Americans feel about funding abortion.
